I’m starting to prepare for my transfer and one of the things I will be doing is progesterone in oil. My husband travels a lot and won’t be able to help me all of the time so I’m wondering if it’s better to use my thigh or a different site because i can’t imagine being able to do this on my backside- I am not that coordinated. Any advice appreciated! I just don’t want to be too sore since I will still have to be physical at my job.
