The Torturous Cramps

What are some remedies you guys are using to alleviate cramps and back pain from cramps? I’ve tried ice cream, heating pads, Ben-gay, and even a body pillow and nothing....I mean..NOTHING is working....I even take two Advil every 4hrs (according to the box) and nothing is working. Please help😩😩🙏🏾🙏🏾
