What is happening??

Question

Soooo..... I haven't had a period since Jan. When I took an UPT at my gyno's it said I'm not pregnant. Should I be concerned??

I would be concerned personally. When you become irregular there is usually something your body is trying to tell you. Could be numerous things from hormones out of whack, too much stress, poor diet, etc. Might be worth looking into. For me, my period changed last year and I barely had one for two months and I found out I was deficient in some vitamins and my thyroid was low. I suffered a miscarriage during that time as well. Just in case you’re wondering - I saw a functional medicine practitioner to get he testing done, not my OB. Good luck!

My period went awl for months and months at a time. It could be nothing but my ob said if I don’t have one at least every three months to call and she would prescribe stuff to force one. If you are ttc talk to your doc about it and explain you need your cycle to be regulated and I’m sure they will help you.
