Irregular Periods

So this may be a stupid question... but how can you even tell if you’re pregnant or track your cycle when you have irregular as fuuu periods?... like seriously I wanted to try tracking but it was impossible with my stupid cycle! 😩😡

Advice??...

Yes I know irregular is bad. I haven’t gone to my doctor yet though because I researched and they say it’s not an issue until after 12 months of trying 🙄😡

And I’ve only been trying for almost four months now...
