Pain when sneezing?!

Does anybody get any pain in the lower belly when they sneeze really hard? It honestly feels like I just pulled all the muscles in my stomach when I sneezed 🤧 just wondering if anybody else has felt the same thing

Yes! I just told my husband this the other day. It’s worse if I sneeze laying down. It’s nice to know I’m not alone.

I get pain when I even move too quickly....must be round ligaments I suppose.

Yes! Feels like my uterus is exploding for about 30 seconds after. Weird yet cool somehow

Yes! Happens sometimes when I cough too. I’ve found it helps to curl up a little bit towards the fetal position.
