I know some of you have experienced this.

AF due yesterday, I usually get heavy flow and bad cramps for first few days. But this month I've just been spotting for a few days. all day it's just been a small spot on a panty liner. All tests are BFN. I guess I'm still holding out hope but my gut says it's just a very unusual light flow or heavy flow will show soon. any experiences like this?
