which outfit should i wear ?

so my friend is filming a “what teens in California actually wear” video for her YouTube channel, on Monday when I get back from spring break. i have two options, which should I wear ? ( I plan on wearing old skill platform vans with white/red striped socks )
first: white lettuce edge crop top with a red skirt

second: red off the shoulder crop top with high waisted mom jeans
