in need of help

so i feel like i keep having this problem, it’s gets better and then comes back like a week later. i have to pee and then i have to run back because more pee comes out but very little to almost none comes out. i’m discomforted when peeing.. not burning but around where you would get cramps is also uncomfortable. been to the doctor and they did labs and it isn’t my kidneys. they did urine test but they all came back contaminated and so i gave up with peeing in a cup, what else ? i don’t think it’s a UTI, or bladder infection.
