what do you do

ive been doing squats lately and I've noticed i don't have alot of fat on my butt anymore kinda not liking it... really want to push up my butt and have thicker thighs. do you gain weight to get a butt and thighs or work out? if so what do you eat / drink and what qork outs? i dont need to lose weight. i need to gainnn but having a hard time.
