I'm still freaking out!

Just got this FMU 9 dpo. Had IB last night and horrible cramping, plus a headache all day that I couldn't shake. Now I need ideas on how to tell my husband. I'm thinking this weekend when we do bluebonnet pictures for my daughter (she's 2), I'll have her hold a sign that says "I'm going to be a big sister!"
