Nightmares๐๐ต๐ต
Are horrifying nightmares normal once you're in your third trimester? Ive been having some back to back normally I wake up calm myself and go back to sleep but they seem to be getting worse. Last night I had a nightmare so terrifying I woke my S/O up crying, shaking, and suffering chest pain...I made him turn on the lights and it took him forever to calm me down...Never as a grown woman has a nightmare scared me more...What can I do to help stop my continuous nightmares or atleast help myself not have a heart attack? This stress and anxiety cant be good for my baby I know that...
