I need to eat, help me please! 😭

I'm 24w6d today and I went to the doctors yesterday and I told them that I was taking the Zofran they gave me once a day in order to help me keep food down, but they told me to wein myself off of it . This morning I ate a bowl of cereal and threw it back up halfway through, but I did go back and finish the other half after and so far it's staying down. Any tips on things I can do or try eating to help me keep ALL my food down ?
