This may be a dumb question- but here is some back story..

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. Although they never found an actual cyst. I had a high testosterone level. ANYways, I haven’t had a period at all for March. And I’ve always had a period somewhere within the month (even if my cycle days were always different) Yet I’m having really really bad cramping for about 2 weeks now in my lower back and cramps located on my right side of lower abdomen. My cramps have never been so centralized to one area before. My husband was sweet enough to break out the heating pad and rub my lower back it was so bad. All pregnancy test are negative :( I just don’t know if this would be too soon to call my gyno or do I wait?? If it is a cyst do they even do anything to treat it? Don’t want to seem like I’m over reacting.. I know lots of women deal with monthly pains
