anyone else ready for maternity leave??

Is anyone else as ready as I am for leave??  My last day will be on April 27th, I'll be 37w6d. Since my doctor will be inducing me no later than 39 weeks, if I don't go before, I'll have about a week to relax.  But I am so tired NOW and want to just be home all the time! I wish I had the financial means to stay home earlier!

Me too! I'm a nurse though and work 12-13 hour shifts three days a week. I worked up until I had my daughter at 40+5 and will suck it up and do it again this time around. The reasoning behind it is because I'm allowed 12 weeks off. I'd rather have 12 weeks home with my baby boy then go out a couple weeks earlier and have less time with my baby once he is here. Don't get me wrong.. it's exhausting but I'm pushing through.

I’ll be done April 20th at 36 weeks 🎉 I just found out I can have 4 weeks before due date without cutting into time off after baby. I think it may have to do with living in NJ 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll take it.

Due May 12th and making my last day no later than April 27th also! I’m in so much pain and working is killing me. Hoping I can even make it until the 27th 😩

Yes.. beyond ready! 😭 I only get 8 weeks out then I come right back to work 40 hours a week. 😔

I’ll be leaving April 25 at 37w2d i wanted to stay till may but management didn’t want to risk not having coverage if for any reason my son comes early.😐 I get 3 months off which are paid but i wish i could afford to take at least 6😭 but i feel bad putting that much pressure on my husband to pay everything alone.

I'm due May 11 and thinking of setting April 27th as my last day, as well. Part of me feels like working right up until my due date but mostly I'm exhausted and ready to concentrate on getting our home ready and resting up for baby. 
My aunt told me she worked right up until she literally went into labor and was exhausted when it started. That's been sticking with me! I'm hoping for a natural birth and will need all of my strength. 
We're in the home stretch!! Hang in there mamas!
