Blank Ovulation Strips

I just started taking ovulation tests this month. We’ve been ttc for over a year but within the past three months we’ve really hammered down on tracking/baby dusting non stop/prenatals,etc. I’m using ovulation strive but Every single one of them have been blank. the test line shows up every time, am I not ovulating? Is it possible to ovulate super early or late even with regular cycles? My cycles are 31 days. I’ve tested multiple times throughout the days as well in case I have a short window. Please help before I lose my mind and all my money 🙃
