When did your period stop with mirena?

I’ve had mirena since December 8th it somewhere within those days. I assumed my periods stopping would take a while since I have suspected adenomyosis and endometriosis.

At first my periods were mostly lighter but lasted 2 weeks + at a time. The cramps were horrific though.

This past month, however I didn’t have a period, just spotted for like 2 days. I haven’t had a period in over 60 days now.

My strings are in place.

And for those of you who’s periods have stopped how do you not continuously freak out about the possibility of being pregnant? No matter how low the chance.
