So I have very irregular cycles my doc took blood and advised I had ovulated and my level was @ 44 the same evening I had what I think was an implantation bleed I’ve had this 3 times previous in pregnancy’s two healthy and one miscarriage it took me 5 days to get an bfp on a test after implantation anyway I’ve never had progesterone levels tested before so have nothing to compare them to but from what I’m seeing online it’s looking pretty positive so what I’m wondering has anyone had a level this high and not been pregnant ??
