Touchy subject?

So i started seeing someone and we are sexually active. We use condoms everytime, and HAVE NOT performed oral sex on each other. We haven’t done it because I want both of us to get tested together to ensure we’re going into this relationship clean and both being able to trust each other... I also want him to know that I won’t preform it either if we’re not exclusive(I’m pretty sure we are just need to hear him say it). How do I address this in a nice way?
