So I’ve had so many ups and downs lately. Took a test and got a bfp was so happy then went to confirm with my dr and got a negative. Dr thought maybe too early for their tests to pick it up. Waited until i missed my period , as of today 6 days late... took more tests came back positive then started bleeding. Went to obgyn today and looks like I’ve had a miscarriage. I’m at a loss I’ve never had one before and I’m not sure what happens next , if i get pregnant again will it be different like will they monitor it closely or is it just the same as before. Sorry is that doesn’t make sense my brain is mushy right now and i can’t stop crying. :(
