Could I have ovulated?

My cycle is fairly regular, possibly off by a day every now and then and Glow usually predicts accurately. I was supposed to ovulate on March 26th. All of my OPKs have been negative, but due to things coming up all day k forgot to test on March 24th. I notice that the strip on the 25th is darkest. Do you think my strip on the 24th would have been positive and I've already ovulated this month or do you think my cycle is off?
