Faint line or evap?

Ugh I feel like I’m going crazy. I’m freaking out cause my doctor told me I should have gotten my iud checked like 3 months ago (which I didn’t know) and then told me to just feel it to make sure if it’s in place. Well.. I can’t feel it and I missed my period this month. I usually get a light/spotty period at the beginning of every month.
