B6 and Unisom dosage?

I finally purchased a bottle of 50 mg of B6 and Unisom. How much do I take of each and when? My morning sickness has been lastly all day and I can hardly drink any water or eat anything. I am so tired of this nausea, I feel like I cant handle this pregnancy 😭

I was told to take 25mg theee times a day of b6 and take unisom at night. It didn’t work for me. I bought emetrol from my local grocery store & it helped a bit. Ginger ale and saltines and lemons have been my best friends! I started getting bad nausea at 6 weeks and I’m now 8 weeks and it’s gotten a little more tolerable and I hope it doesn’t flare back up! If none of that works then you can ask your dr for something. Hope you feel better! :)

What I did was break a unisom in half and take it with a full b6. I had to take mine in the mornings but they also made me sleepy so I started taking them right before bed

They usually say the safest way to go is 25mg of b6 (half a pill) and half a unisom...If half a unisom doesn't work takr a full unisom and take it at night because it makes you very sleepy..

Wen I was prego my doc give me a prescription of that, they did half of b6 and half of unisom in a capsule :)
