Recommendations please

I just found out today that I am lactose intolerant and just to be sure I am supposed to cut milk and all of that out of my diet for about 4 weeks to see if my symptoms go away. But I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on alternative milks, cheeses, ice cream(my once a week treat), and pizza(my once a month treat). I am wanting to lose weight so healthy options if possible. Thank you!!
