Advice needed ASAP

Need help please,

I’m 5 weeks and 4 days. This morning I woke up and went to the toilet and when I wiped there was blood, I’m not in any pain at all and I know that it could be implantation bleeding but I’m really scared and I don’t know what I need to do next? Should I go emergency dept? Or call doctor ? Or midwife ? Please help 😞
