Unsure and slightly anxious

Okay I don’t typically do this but I don’t currently have an obgyn and my pcp is a male and I do feel uncomfortable asking him about it. I started a new medication back in February for my anxiety and since then sex has become more painful and I appear to become dry which hasn’t been an issue in the last. And last month and this month it’s like I get my period more than once within days of each other. I have a mirena and have had it since 2015 and haven’t had much of an issue. I noticed earlier tonight that my discharge is like thin and an orange like color and I’ve been getting cramps. I had my period a week and a half ago and I’m not sure why this is happening I didn’t know if maybe someone else has experienced anything similar and may have some ideas ?
