is it possible to ovulate twice in a month?

I've just had a random second period this month six days after ovulation. at first I thought it could be implantation bleeding but it became heavier and lasted 7 days... I've seen the doctor who said i could still be pregnant but I insisted on an ultrasound to see what's going on with my random period... it's for April 4th so I've got some time to wonder... I tested this morning and got this...

prego test says nope! but LH says I might ovulate soon... last time I ovulated this month it was a solid dark line! No doubt I ovulated already but with a second period is it possible I might ovulate again?

That isn’t close to a positive on the ovulation test. I’ve read there’s an lh surge before your period and it’s a hormone that’s always in our bodies. Why are you still using OPKs if you already ovulated?
