low amniotic fluid at 22 weeks

yesterday i had an appointment with the specialist and they did a ultrasound. I was referred there because the genetic test came back abnormal. 10 minutes into the

ultrasound she stopped and went to speak with a doctor. she came back and said to come back Monday because there he has low amniotic fluid and she cant measure him properly. I had a stillbirth at 35 weeks due to no amniotic fluid as well. I am drinking a gallon of water and trying to take it easy. they didn't send me to the hospital which I assume is because there is no immediate threat. i just dont want to loose another baby. its very difficult and took so much to get back up again. if anyone went through something similar please share your story or any advice you have. I'd really appreciate it. thanks.
