This is my first month taking temp. I do it each morning at the exact same time and have the same sleep setting each night. Does this look off to you? I have light spotting today which means I will begin my period today or early tomorrow. Glow created the cover line.

I am not TTA or TTC. This is for my personal knowledge as I am struggling very badly with endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I am trying to track when I ovulate, because I believe I am having ruptured cysts each month. Anyways. I also use an Clear Blue ovulation kit. It gives a circle with nothing I’d no hormone is identified, and a smiley face if detects estrogen. And a blinking smiley is shown when estrogen and LH is detected. I began taking the OPK in day 7, as I have a 24-25 day cycle. Estrogen was not detected until day 9. And estrogen and LH were not detected until day 12. I assume ovulated day 11 or 12?
