Where did my symptoms go!!??

So this morning I felt like I had zero symptoms. My boobs felt fine.. I didn’t feel as exhausted as usual, and something in me felt different.. hard to explain. Should I be worried? I know everyone says symptoms come and go.. but do they really? I’m only 6w+5d .. I have had zero bleeding or spotting this entire time (not even implantation spotting), there is still no blood in sight.. I feel like POAS until my first appointment April 13th!!

Hey so I’m not as far along as you I’m about 5w4d but when I first found out I was pregnant the only symptom I had was cramps and pulling down there...then I woke up one day and poof!! No more cramps. This lasted 3-4 days and I actually got worried. Then a few days ago I was lounging on my couch and nausea kicked in really hard! I’ve had it throughout the day ever since! It’s too early to have concrete symptoms and patterns yet, this is my first pregnancy and I’ve had to learn that. Symptoms will fluctuate until about 10 or so weeks, and even after that they still might come and go, everyone’s body is different. I hope this helps💕
