Period or too soon to test?

I had my mirena removed on 3/15 and my period only came on 3/18 for a few hours.. during that we TTC so I’m not sure if that stopped it.. we also TTC on 3/20 & 3/21 during this time I had purchased opk and was getting them negative.. the past three days everything I’ve ate is making me sick and to the point I want to puke.. my breast are so sore and tingling DD is 5 so I forgot the feeling of pregnancy that’s if I am? OB had said it could be fairly quick to conceive but after reading on here and researching online it seems like it takes a lot of time to actually TTC after mirena.. have any of you ladies gone through this?
