Skin tag in vagina?!

I’m really worried about this. I was taking a shower today and was cleaning my lady parts. Then I noticed something sticking out of my vagina... so I freaked out and got out of the shower and looked at it in a mirror. it’s small and about a inch long skin connected to the entrance of my vagina? Is it cancer? Skin tag? Please help.
