How often do you wash your hair?

Just curious how  often people wash their hair, I know some people need to wash their hair everyday, if I did that my scalp would be on fire and my hair would look like straw so I wash 2-3 times a week. I also know that people with very dry or curly hair might only wash once a week.
Please don't be judgmental, most people know when their hair is dirty and needs washed. Everyone's body produces a different amount of oil.

My hair gets extremely oily so I wash it everyday. I wish I could get away with only a few times a week.

I wash mine on Sundays or Mondays depending on my schedule and then again on Thursdays or Fridays. Unless it's starting to look a little rough. Then I throw in an extra wash. I use to wash my hair daily, but I found my hair never growing and now it grows like weeds. 🤣

once a week but sometimes have to use dry shampoo. I use to wash it even less when I had soft water and just water wash it I could go a week or 2. but Ohio's hard water makes it look and feel gross to just water wash it

If I don’t go to the gym, once a week. If I do, I wash it after every gym sesh, which is generally a maximum of 3 days a week

I used to wash my hair everyday because I felt like it was dirty/greasy if I didn’t. But my hair seemed dry, so now I wash it every other day. I don’t really see a big difference in my hair being any healthier but they say it’s usually not the best to wash it every day so I’m sticking with my new routine.
