Day 7!!!!
Decided for today to be my rest day. I did a hardcore workout yesterday and I’m very sore.
-So for breakfast I had a piece of toast with PB.
-for lunch I had some soup.
- for supper I had potatoes, pork, corn, carrots and turnip.
For a snack I had- apples w/ peanut butter.
- yogurt
Drinks-
-water
-iced tea
Leave some good recipes for healthy foods, I’ve been binge watching videos on them all day! ❤️❤️
