Kind of worried

I got my scan done yesterday and I'm 8 weeks as per the scan. And the report said there's a subchronic bleed of about 2.5ml. I've not had any kind of spotting or anything.

My doctor advised me to take rest until 12 weeks and has prescribed a progesterone tablet and fertigyn injection. I had no pregnancy symptoms until 7th week. Later I was slightly nauseous in the mornings. Since 2 days, the nausea is gone completely. Should I be worried or is common to have reduced symptoms after 8 weeks?
