May 22 will make a year that I have been married to the love of my life. He is my absolute best friend. Truthfully, I believe he’s truly my soulmate.

Throughout my teen years I would always pin things in my head saying “I want my husband to do this”. And let me just say God did not let me down in the slightest. My husband has said and done things that I’ve always wished for but NEVER vocalized to anyone. He is truly a blessing in my life. (Side note: I just want to say I am so very thankful that my momma started praying for my future husband before I was even of age to be married. She always prayed that the Lord would bless me with an amazing man. And He definitely has.)

I am very thankful that I have been given the opportunity to be a part of his family. We have gone through a lot since we first got together, but I wouldn’t trade what we have for anything else in the world. Not even on our worst days.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what I have. I just want to have a thankful heart with everything I do especially if it’s loving my husband. To me, he truly is irreplaceable.
