Fibro?

I went to the doc a few months ago because ive had pain in both wrists and sometimes hands for almost a full year and they steadily get worse and worse and recently it feels like a bomb was suddenly dropped to where especially in my right wrist they hurt all the time, and it used to be i couldn't lean on them or they would hurt for a while and then it would go away. I also have migraines and headaches and i'm tired literally all the time and sudden numbness in my wrists and arms and the doc said it was fibro but i really don't know what to make of this as ive heard its just a label for when they dont know whats wrong
