Road trip @ 35weeks

DH and I are considering taking a road trip in late April and I will be 35 weeks. The trip normally takes 5 hours but because we make frequent stops so I can eat and use the restroom the trip can sometimes take up to 7 hours one way .

Has anyone here traveled later in their third trimester? Do you think it would be safe for me to take this road trip at 35weeks? Or do you think it’s likely I can go into labor during the trip? This pregnancy has overall been very healthy with no complications and I’m not at risk for preterm labor. Yes, I plan on discussing this with my midwife at the next appt.
