7w2d morning sickness went away?

I was pucking my guts out yesterday morning to last night and then I woke up today feeling a whole lot better. I had it for 2 weeks almost has this happened to anyone? I know morning sickness comes and goes for some woman or it just stops.

I’ve been having new symptoms at exactly each week. So week six was horrible nausea and exhaustion...my first day of week 7 both were completely gone

Happened to me recently too- 7 w 3 d, feeling better than I have the past week. Freaked out a little but heard the heartbeat with a Doppler and it calmed my fears a bit  waiting for our first appt on April 5
