It moisturizes pretty well but doesn't have a thick enough layer to protect from really sticky or acidic poop. I used it mostly as a preventative than treatment

We’ve used it a few times and it does at least keep the poop from sticking to her butt. However we mainly just use a&d.; Works really good and fast.
