Recently a friend was diagnosed with herpes and it has our group on edge, simply because she had sex with only a few people and asked them all if they were clean and they all said “yes.” That in itself is very scary, the idea that someone can truthfully say they’ve been tested and they’re clean, while having a dangerous incurable std. I haven’t been tested for it and won’t be getting tested until the 9th of April, but I’m freaking out because I really don’t want herpes. I wouldn’t even know who gave it to me, even though I have practiced safe sex, that doesn’t protect you from herpes. Y’all make sure who you’re sleeping with has been tested!
