yellowish discharge like my cm but it looks like there's a yellow tint in my underwear ?

Answer

Yellow indicates infection,  speak with your doctor if you are concerned about it but it's probably fine as long as it isn't accompanied by itching or any wierd smells that aren't normal for you 
You may want to check your actual cm to see if it's truly yellow or if it just dries that way
