Upset tummy instead of morning sickness?

I’ve had a really upset tummy these past couple of weeks and hardly and nausea, is that normal? Anyone else suffering? Every time I eat within a couple of hours my tummy hurts n I need the loo, it sucks 😔

Yes. I have what feels like when you take meds in an empty stomach or the kind of upset you have when you don’t have anything in your stomach. Not necessarily nausea just blah tummy feeling. I find eating small frequent meals helps a bit.

I haven’t been hit with the nausea yet (🤞🏻)... but can relate to the upset stomach issue after eating. 😩
