clomid/letrozole success stories?

Hi ladies, i will be starting clomid or letrazole hopefully around May, with monitered cycle with a private clinic, it will be super expensive but im hoping it will be worth it. Did any of you have success with these, if so on what round and what dose?  (I have been TTC for almost a year, irregular periods, which are pretty much every OTHER month, and some hormonal issues consistent with PCOS, husbands SA was normal) in need some hope  xx

I got my BFP on the second round of taking letrozole. I took 2.5mg the first month and 5mg the second month. So in my experience, it really works. I didn’t have any monitoring, shots, follicle measurements etc - just took the medication. Now pregnant with twins 😊

I got BFP on second round of femara. I started with clomid first round, but didn’t have any follicles so doc changed me to femara. Some people are flip flop and respond better with clomid. I didn’t know that so thought my life was over when I had no follicles first round :)

I’m just here looking for hope. 💔 I did 4 rounds of clomid, the last being 200mg and I still didn’t ovulate.
