5 weeks, and 5 days. Bleeding help!

I’m 5 weeks, and 5 days pregnant with my 2nd child. I’ve been spotting for about a week now, and then this happened today. Does anyone know what this could be in my panties? What should I do? And it’s not spotting today, it’s actually a good bit of blood when I wipe. Please help.
