Republican, pro-gun boyfriend

I’m so insanely in love with my boyfriend, but his political views are so ignorant. I can’t do anything to change it. It’s the only think we ever argue about, but idk how much longer I can tolerate that. I need help. What should I do? He’s the only person I want to love for the rest of my life, but I don’t think I can handle it anymore
