Vaginal delivery questions the NEED answers 👀

How long did it take you to recover down there? What methods did/are y’all use/using to help? Are your pelvic bones still hurting? Is there even anything to help that?! Do you also feel a throb each time you stand and feel the blood rushing to your vaginal area? How are y’all relieving the postpartum pain?!

Whenever I went to pee, it burned REALLY REALLY bad! Like a paper cut gone wrong and someone poured 100% alcohol into it!!

The only thing I’ve done is use the peri bottle with warm water mixed with a little bit of witch hazel. My mother has me soaking in salt water over this thingy on the toilet. Idk if either helped or it was the time (one week) 🤔🧐🤨
