I have been on birth control since I was 16 and just went off of it in lat February. I had a period right after stopping but haven’t had one sense. According to glow I’m 11 days late, I’ve taken pregnancy tests and am not pregnant.

So is this due to birth control still in my system or is it just my irregular periods back again. I was hoping that since I was on it for so long my ovaries might have gotten use to the 28 day cycles and would just play nicely.
