HELP!

Lydia • Sat, Mar 31 • 22 • wife to a Marine • Baby #1 due March

I’m not suppose to start my period until the 8th of next month and I’m currently bleeding/spotting light pink blood... should I just assume it’s my period? I’ve also been crampy for the past week. I have no other symptoms that it could be pregnancy 😩😭
