Been on BC for a year now , I’m good at taking my pill on time however this last week I doubled up on the last week of active pills because i thought I had missed one. I realized I didn’t, and was sexually active for a few days prior and still not active for some days afterwards. I talked to pp and they told me to start my new pack right away today. however I’m experiencing tender breasts and I can’t help but panic so should I start my new pack or get my withdrawal bleeding to confirm?
