Still no AF?

AF was due yesterday or today according to my two apps the other app I use has never been wrong I have no cramps or anything like usual before my period. My boobs are a little bigger but not sore. BFN yesterday morning. Could AF be delayed bc I’m sick and on antibiotics? Or could that cause a BFN and I could still be pregnant?

I’m posting a picture for reference, but I didn’t even get a faint line until I was four days late. It wasn’t clear until I was closer to 10 days late.

I’m having the same thing right now, two days late according to both apps I usually use and I’m always on time. Had two bfn, just hoping that my levels aren’t buggy enough to show yet! Good luck ✨
